Refunds will not be issued for products already purchased; however, we can offer you an exchange. Email woof@thelabcrew.com if you would like to initiate an exchange. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping on both the return and the exchanged item. The new item will be made to order once the returned item is received by us.
Prior to your purchase, we encourage you to use our size chart to ensure the best fit. Since each product is made to order, the exchange process can be lengthy, but we appreciate your patience.
